Monthly memberships are auto-renewing and have a 3-month minimum commitment and may be canceled at any time (after the initial 3 months) by contacting Body First in writing in advance of your next billing date.

Body First Membership
$300 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment
Looking to get the most out of your Body First experience? Then our Body First Membership is for you.
We begin each three-month commitment with a free postural analysis. This analysis tracks your progress to help you reach your wellness goals, whether those be increased flexibility, improved posture, greater strength, or anything else that suits you.
Following your postural analysis, we will then schedule your 60-minute therapeutic massage session and your private pilates session.
As a BONUS, Body First Members receive a prop package completely FREE! Each packet contains a stability ball, a theraband, and a pair of sticky socks.

Just can't get enough of our mat classes? We get it. Our Unlimited Classes Membership provides you the opportunity to take an IN-STUDIO class whenever you'd like, for one low monthly cost. We want you to be able to get the most out of your Pilates practice; as such, we do not place any restrictions on the number of mat classes you can take daily or weekly. It truly is an "unlimited" pass. The more you attend, the more you save!

Private Pilates Membership
$75 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment
Private Pilates sessions are an excellent addition to any Pilates practice. Depending on your goals, private sessions can be booked monthly, weekly, biweekly, or daily! The cost of private sessions adds up quickly. As such, we've created our Private Pilates Membership.
With our Private Pilates Membership, members not only receive a private Pilates session monthly, but they can purchase additional sessions for themselves at the discounted price.
