At Body First, we provide a safe, trusting environment where you can be assured that you're receiving the best possible care. Unlike a spa, we cater to each of our individuals 100% of the time. We do not follow a set protocol or pre-determined routine, for each of our clients is unique. We understand and recognize that it takes a lot of trust to consider getting a massage in the first place - the last thing you want is to be treated like a formula. Our therapists work with you each step of the way to ensure that you receive the care that you anticipate.
We offer a variety of massages to suit your needs. Our massage therapists are trained in Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. We utilize hot towels and hot stones to enhance each client's experience.
Our massage therapist is a "traveling" massage therapist; in other words, we bring the spa experience to you. Please note, clients located outside of a 10-mile radius will be charged extra for travel time. Due to COVID-19, we require that all clients be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (proof of vaccination will be required in order to book your session). To keep you safe, our therapists will wear a mask and will adhere to the CDC guidelines for safety.

Time Slots are 15 minutes long, allowing for 4 sessions per hour.
